Calls To Boycott Kohl’s Grow After Promoting LGBTQ Merchandise For Infants

WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – Kohl’s has joined Victim and Bud Brightness in facing calls for boycotts for what many consult to as “woke” items when the company began selling LGBTQ clothes for infants.
Onesies with the LGBTQ pride flag are available for purchase at Kohls in honor of Pride Month in June. The “Baby Sonoma Community Self-acceptance Bodysuit Set,” is one of the company’s products. According to the product’s description, “Celebrate the joy that comes from living authentically and unapologetically during Pride month and all year drawn-out with this Infant Sonoma Community® Celebration Bodysuit Set.”
The LGBTQ flag is carried by marching adults and kids on the onesie that is available for purchase in the store for babies as young as three months old.

Kohl's has become the latest retailer to obtain backlash for catering to the 'woke crowd' after shoppers slammed their Gay apparel for infants.
The onesies with the LGBTQ+ celebration flag on them, specifically tailored to June, which is known internationally as Pride Month, have even sparked calls for a store boycott.
One Twitter account put it succinctly: 'Looks like another company needing Bud-lighting!'
The department store has already seen its stock shares lose almost half their value in 2022 and now they could be following the way of Bud Light and Target.
Popular Twitter account, 'End Wokeness', led the charge against LGBTQ+ onesies for infants, writing: 'Kohl’s is pushing LGBTQ Pride for literal babies' and added 'Looks like Kohl’s didn’t grasp a thing from Bud Lite and Target.'

Shoppers are criticizing Kohl's after the department store became the latest major retailer to exchange LGBTQ clothing for infants and young kids.
Various social media accounts posted a plethora of Pride Month merchandise, including a "Baby Sonoma Community Pride Bodysuit set" designed for 3-month, 6-month and 9-month-old kids. The outfit depicts what appears to be a lesbian couple with a dog and three children, including a young young man in a wheelchair. One of the adults in the drawing carries a progressive pride flag.
Other merchandise includes a "Love Is Love" banner, towels, bibs, candles, shorts, and pillows.

Conservative activists are calling for a boycott of retail chain Kohl's on social media in response to the firm selling LGBTQ+-branded clothing for children to celebrate Pride month.
The company has been criticized for selling a "Baby Sonoma Bodysuit" emblazoned with the transgender-inclusive Movement flag, along with "Little Kids" t-shirts in rainbow colors. However, other social media users acquire hit out at the boycott, depicting it as an example of "homophobia."
Kohl's is just the latest company to be targeted by a conservative boycott over the past couple of months. Right-wingers initiated campaigns against Target over its sale of LGBTQ+ inclusive children's clothes, and Bud Light in response to its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

“Why is Kohl’s selling pride clothing for babies?”
That’s the question existence asked by some conservative activists on social media as the chain has become the latest retail outlet to face scrutiny over its LGBT merchandise for young children.
The Kohl’s website has a consecrated pride page with rainbow iconography with the heading "Love is our favorite color: Celebrate Pride Month” and a statement reading, “We are committed to amplifying and affirming the voices of the [LGBT] community, celebrating the bliss that comes from living authentically and unapologetically not just this month, but all year long."
