Stances of Faiths on LGBTQ+ Issues: Unity
The five basic ideas that make up the Unity belief system are: 1) God is the root and creator of all. There is no other enduring power. God is good and submit everywhere. 2) We are spiritual beings, created in God's image. The soul of God lives within each person; therefore, all people are inherently great. 3) We design our life's experiences through our way of thinking. 4) There is force in affirmative prayer, which we assume increases our visibility of God. 5) Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough. We must live them. The Unity movement is open and welcoming of all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, age, creed, religion, national origin, ethnicity, physical disability or sexual orientation.
LGBTQ EQUALITY
ON SEXUAL ORIENTATION & GENDER IDENTITY
Unity teaches that all people are created with sacred worth and that no one exists outside the heart of God. Its basic principles state that God is Good, and because all people exist within God, they also are inherently good. To reflect its inclusiveness, Unity issued a formal Statement of Diversity in 1995: "We believe that all people are created with sa
Fact check: LGBTQ community rejects false association with pedophiles
The claim: The LGBT acronym has expanded to comprise a “P,” for “pedosexual.”
Numerous images circulating on Facebook in the past scant weeks show a poster with the acronym LGBTP, which images claim stands for “lesbian, gay, bi-curious, transgender, and pedosexual.” Under the acronym, the poster includes the words "Equality and acceptance."
A user who posted that image, which went viral, did not respond to a request from USA TODAY for comment or substantiation.
Another viral composite photo includes text that claims to be from the LGBT Foundation and show the words “Love is gender and age-blind,” and text that claims to be from FCKH8 that reads "Some people are child lovers. Get over it." Both are emblazoned on gay pride flags, and accompanied by tweets from a now-deactivated account that uses the hashtag "LGBTP."
Jordan McMillian, a user who posted the composite to Facebook, told USA TODAY that her intent was to debunk the claim. The post was "not intended to imply that pedosexuality is real or part of the LGBTQ community," McMillian explained.
"It was to demonstrate that there is a group of pedophiles trying to ju
Other liberation movements have rejected the idea that biology is destiny. So why should gay rights rest on on it?
Last month, the US Supreme Court affirmed the rights of gay couples to marry. The decision was a major achievement for a liberation movement that began nearly half a century ago. Throughout the struggle for marriage equality, supporters drew parallels with the oppression of African Americans, be that anti-miscegenation laws or legalised segregation. Yet one stark difference between these civil rights movements has escaped notice.
African-American activists aggressively called out arguments about genetic and biological differences as legacies of racist, Nazi science. By contrast, the marriage-equality movement has embraced biological determinism. Male lover and lesbian activists own led the way popularising the idea that persona is biologically determined.
The proffered perspective is that sexuality is not a preference, but a way we are born. Getting Americans to believe this was a struggle. In 1977, according to the first Gallup poll on the question, only 13 per cent of Americans believed people were born lgbtq+. Even in 1990, only 20 per cent idea of sexuality as bio

The California-based photo sharing app, known for it’s ability to create photos supposedly disappear, has unveiled a new line of their popular filters to superimpose over selfies.
The new filters are part of the “Love Has No Labels” campaign meant to promote the LGBT agenda on unsuspecting teenagers.
The filter has different message phrases claiming “love has no ______,” with the blank being a diverse word such as race, gender or sexuality.
But Twitter user Ashley St. Clair scrolled to the last one which will depart your head scratching.
Love has no age?
What could they possibly be suggesting here?
As St. Clair notes, pedophiles have made a concerted push to join the ranks of acceptance granted to the LGBT community.
This “filter” seems to performance the ground this criminal movement to make grooming, molesting, and photographing children in a sexually explicit manner an acceptable practice.
More and more Americans are becoming alarmed at the rapid rise and power of the LGBT agenda on the nation’s youngest citizens.
All across America, queenly queens are organi
