Here, he handled cases involving real property litigation, mortgage banking, title related issues, residential and commercial foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and civil trial work on contested matters. Jason then worked with the Guardian ad Litem Program in Pasco County advocating for abused and neglected children in the state foster concern system.
Prior to joining Hengesbach & Hengesbach, Jason operated his own law stable where he focused on cases involving Guardianships, Family Law, and Dependency law.
